Preparation

  • Gather all the ingredients and measure out the honey, butter, garlic, and spices. Thaw chicken tenders if frozen.
  • In a bowl, whisk together honey, melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Add chicken tenders to the honey-butter-garlic sauce and toss until every piece is evenly coated.
  • Spread the breadcrumbs on a plate and coat each chicken tender thoroughly.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Arrange the breaded chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry chicken tenders for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden-brown and cooked through.
  • Remove from the air fryer and let the chicken rest for a few minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite sides.
