  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)

Preparation

  • Gather all the ingredients and preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the high-protein flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to ensure even distribution.

Add Wet Ingredients

  • Gradually add the Greek yogurt and water to the dry mixture. Mix with a spoon until it starts to come together.

Knead the Dough

  • Transfer the mixture to a floured surface and knead the dough for about 3-5 minutes until it feels smooth and elastic.

Shape Bagels

  • Divide the dough into equal portions, rolling each into a ball and shaping them into bagels by creating a hole in the center.

Place on Baking Sheet

  • Carefully place the shaped bagels on the lined baking sheet, leaving space between them.

Add Cheese Topping

  • Sprinkle shredded cheese generously on top of each bagel.

Bake
