Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Eggs 2 eggs per serving
  • 1 tablespoon Butter or oil For cooking, use coconut oil or olive oil for dairy-free.
  • to taste Salt Adjust according to preference.
  • to taste Pepper Adjust according to preference.
  • 1 piece Heart-shaped cookie cutter Essential for shaping the eggs.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and cooking tools. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them lightly if you want scrambled heart-shaped eggs; if you prefer fried, leave them whole. Have your heart-shaped cookie cutter and your butter or oil ready.

Cooking

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, adding a small amount of butter or oil until it melts completely.
  • Gently crack the eggs into the skillet, keeping the yolks intact for presentation. Cook for about one minute until the whites start to set but the yolks remain runny.
  • Use the heart-shaped cookie cutter to mold the eggs. Position it around the eggs and press down gently.
  • Continue cooking until the whites are firm and the yolks are cooked to your preference, about 2 to 4 minutes more.
  • Season the Heart-Shaped Eggs with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Carefully remove the eggs using a spatula, and serve them warm.

Serving Suggestions

  • Consider adding fresh herbs, diced tomatoes, or a sprinkle of cheese on top.
  • Serve with a light salad, fresh fruit, or whole-grain toast.

Notes

For better results, use fresh, high-quality eggs. Avoid not greasing the pan to prevent sticking and do not rush the cooking process.
