Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. Ensure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature.
  • Crush the Oreo cookies into fine bits using a food processor or by hand.

Mixing the Base

  • In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies with softened cream cheese and mix until thoroughly combined.

Shaping the Truffles

  • Mold the mixture into heart shapes, about the size of a golf ball, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Chilling

  • Freeze the truffles for around 30 minutes to help them maintain their shape.

Melting the Chocolate

  • Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl with vegetable oil, stirring every 30 seconds until fully melted.

Coating the Truffles

  • Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip back into the bowl.

Setting

  • Return the coated truffles to the baking sheet and let them harden completely.

Decorating

  • Decorate as desired with additional chocolate drizzles, sprinkles, or nuts.

Notes
