Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Wash and dry the peaches thoroughly.
  • Cut peaches in half and remove the pits carefully, keeping the halves intact.
  • Arrange peach halves cut side up in a baking dish.
  • Drizzle each peach half with honey, coating evenly.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon over the honeyed peaches.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
  • Let cool slightly for about 5 minutes before serving.
  • Serve warm with yogurt or a scoop of ice cream, garnished with nuts or mint.

Notes
