  • 1 cup white chocolate chips Melted for coating

Preparation

  • Prep your workspace and ingredients. Ensure your space is clean and gather all ingredients.

Stuffed Mini Peppers Creation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced olives, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Cut the mini sweet peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds for stuffing.
  • Generously stuff each pepper half with the cheese mixture and lay them on a baking tray.

Bake the Stuffed Peppers

  • Bake for about 15-20 minutes until they are soft and slightly golden.
  • Allow to cool for a moment before serving.

Prepare Frozen Ghost Bananas

  • Chop the bananas in half and place them on a baking mat.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds.
  • Dip the banana halves in melted chocolate and place them back on the baking mat.

Freeze the Bananas
