  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For cooking

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients: ground turkey, cooked rice, teriyaki sauce, mixed vegetables, garlic, and ginger.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add ground turkey to the pan. Break it up and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for about 2 minutes until tender.
  • Pour teriyaki sauce over the turkey and vegetables, stirring to combine.
  • Serve the mixture over warm cooked rice.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container; best consumed within 3-4 days. Great for meal prep and can be customized with preferred vegetables or sauces.
