Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • Chop the cabbage, dice the bell pepper and onion, and mince the garlic.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  • Add diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté briefly, ensuring it doesn’t burn.
  • Add ground turkey to the skillet. Cook, breaking it apart, until browned and fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes).
  • Stir in chopped cabbage and let it wilt down, mixing with the meat and veggies.
  • Pour in the soy sauce, stir well, and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until cabbage is tender but still crunchy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust flavors as necessary.
  • Serve warm, garnished with additional veggies if desired.

Notes
