Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • Slice the zucchini into even rounds.
  • Pat the steak dry with a paper towel.

Seasoning

  • Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  • Rub the mixture generously over the steak.

Grilling

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  • During the last few minutes of cooking, add zucchini slices to the grill.
  • Grill zucchini for 2-3 minutes on each side until tender.

Finishing Touches

  • Remove steak and zucchini from the grill.
  • Let the steak rest for a few minutes.
  • Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips.
  • Assemble in a bowl with grilled zucchini slices at the base.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
