For the Avocado Mango Salsa
1ripe avocadodiced
1ripe mangodiced
1/2red onionfinely chopped
1/4cupfresh cilantrochopped
1jalapeñodiced, optional
Instructions
In a bowl, mix lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add the salmon fillets and marinate for 15 minutes.
While the salmon marinates, combine diced avocado, mango, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño in a bowl. Mix gently and season with a pinch of salt.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the salmon for 5–7 minutes per side until flaky and opaque.
Plate the grilled salmon and top with the prepared salsa.
