Preparation

  • Begin by gathering and measuring all your ingredients. Ensure your pizza dough is at room temperature for easier handling. Crumble your goat cheese and set it aside.
  • Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  • On a floured surface, roll out your pizza dough to your desired thickness.
  • Brush one side of the dough with olive oil.

Grilling

  • Carefully place the oiled side down on the preheated grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the bottom is golden.
  • Flip the dough using tongs or a spatula.
  • Spread the crumbled goat cheese evenly over the top of the flipped dough.
  • Drizzle honey over the cheese but be careful not to overdo it.
  • Return the pizza to the grill and cover. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Serving

  • Remove from the grill and top immediately with arugula. Season with salt and pepper to taste before slicing and serving.
