Ingrédients
  

For the Chicken

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

For the Broccoli

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all the ingredients.
  • Rinse the broccoli florets under cold water and set aside to drain.
  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Cooking

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Place the marinated chicken breasts onto the grill and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  • In the last minutes of grilling the chicken, add the broccoli florets to a grill basket or directly on the grill, grilling for about 3-5 minutes until tender.
  • While grilling, mix mayo, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl to prepare the creamy garlic sauce.
  • Once the chicken is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Slice the rested chicken and serve alongside the grilled broccoli, drizzling generously with the creamy garlic sauce.

Notes

For added flavor, toss the broccoli with olive oil and lemon juice before grilling. Serve in clear bowls for a beautiful presentation.
