Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk Can be substituted with any plant-based milk.
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted Can be replaced with vegan butter or olive oil.
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Measure them accurately for the best results.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  • In a separate bowl, combine almond milk, melted coconut oil, and apple cider vinegar.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and gently stir until well combined.
  • With lightly floured hands, shape portions of the dough into buns.
  • Place the shaped buns onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space in between.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let the buns cool on a wire rack for optimal texture.
