Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients: pork tenderloin, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Making the glaze

  • In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until fully combined.

Preparing the pork

  • Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil, then season generously with salt and pepper on all sides.

Baking the pork

  • Place the seasoned pork in a baking dish and pour the prepared glaze over it, ensuring it is well coated.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Serving

  • Let the pork rest for a few minutes after cooking to retain juices.
