  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic is recommended for best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped Any type of onion can be used.
  • 1 count egg Acts as a binder in the mixture.
  • 1/4 cup milk Use dairy-free milk for a dairy-free version.
  • 1 tsp salt Adjust according to taste.
  • 1/2 tsp pepper Freshly ground is best.
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning Adjust based on personal preference.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all the ingredients.
  • Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.

Mixing

  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped onions, egg, milk, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well blended.

Shaping

  • Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish lined with parchment paper or greased.

Baking

  • Bake the meatloaf for about one hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

Resting

  • Allow the meatloaf to rest for about 10 minutes before slicing to redistribute the juices.

Notes

For variations, try adding Italian sausage or BBQ sauce. Ensure meatloaf is not overmixed to prevent toughness.
