Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients to ensure a smooth cooking process.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  • Mix in the minced garlic, Parmesan, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Heat for 2-3 minutes until combined.
  • Open the biscuit dough carefully and separate into individual biscuits.
  • Flatten each biscuit on a clean surface into a circular shape.
  • Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit.
  • Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
  • Arrange the bombs seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.
  • Brush melted butter over the tops of each bomb.
  • Bake according to package instructions, 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.

Notes

To store leftovers, cool completely and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Can freeze for up to 3 months.
