  • 4 tbsp butter Unsalted preferred.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper To taste.

Preparation

  • Gather and measure out all ingredients. Thinly slice the steak against the grain and mince the garlic. Prepare noodles according to package instructions.

Cooking the Base

  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.

Cooking the Steak

  • Add the sliced steak to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until browned but tender.

Adding Noodles

  • Once the steak is cooked, add the quick-cook noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Garnishing and Serving

  • Sprinkle chopped parsley over the dish if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge. Reheat gently to avoid overcooking the steak.
