Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.

Cooking

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Carefully add the lobsters and cook for about 8-10 minutes until they turn bright red.
  • Remove the lobsters from the pot and allow them to cool for a few minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, and sugar to create the marinade.
  • Crack the lobsters' shells to remove the meat carefully.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, add the lobster meat and pour the marinade over it.
  • Gently stir and cook for about 3-4 minutes, allowing the marinade to caramelize slightly and heat the lobster through.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving

  • Transfer the cooked lobster to a serving platter.
