Preparation

  • Select your choice of fresh fruits and wash them thoroughly under running water, then let them dry.
  • Chop the assorted fruits into uniform, bite-sized pieces.

Mixing

  • Gather all chopped fruits in a large mixing bowl and gently toss to combine.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together honey and lime juice until the honey is fully dissolved.
  • Drizzle the honey lime dressing over the mixed fruits and gently toss to distribute.

Taste & Serve

  • Taste the salad and adjust sweetness or acidity by adding more honey or lime juice as needed.
  • Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
  • Scoop into bowls or a platter; garnish with mint if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 days. Best enjoyed fresh. Avoid freezing as it alters the texture of the fruits.
