Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients and equipment needed including a baking sheet and parchment paper.
  • Wash and dry the fresh berries, then set aside.

Making the Bark

  • Line the baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until well mixed.
  • Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the lined baking sheet to about a 1/2-inch thickness.
  • Scatter the mixed berries over the yogurt, ensuring even coverage. If using nuts or granola, sprinkle them on top.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the yogurt is completely solid.
  • Remove from the freezer and gently peel away the parchment paper. Break the bark into pieces.

Serving

  • Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
  • Serve as a dessert or a healthy snack.

Variations

  • Get creative with toppings, such as melted dark chocolate or different fruits.

Notes

For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt and agave syrup. Ensure toppings are gluten-free if needed.
