  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts Adds a delightful crunch.

Preparation

  • Start by peeling and slicing the ripe bananas into 1-inch pieces.
  • Melt the chocolate chips using a microwave or a double boiler. If using a microwave, heat in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth and melted.

Assembly

  • Take each banana slice and thoroughly dip it in peanut butter, covering it generously.
  • Dip the peanut butter-coated banana slice into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is well coated.
  • While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce over the chocolate and peanuts.

Freezing

  • Carefully place the prepared banana bites on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for at least 2 hours.

Serving

  • Once fully frozen, take the banana bites out of the freezer and enjoy.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container or freezer-safe bag with parchment paper between bites to prevent sticking. They are best enjoyed frozen.
