Ingrédients
  

Roll Ups

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 lb roast beef thinly sliced
  • 8 oz provolone cheese sliced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

For Dipping

  • 1 cup au jus store-bought or homemade

Instructions
 

  • Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread Dijon mustard evenly over one side.
  • Layer sliced roast beef evenly over the mustard.
  • Add slices of provolone cheese on top of the beef.
  • Drizzle Worcestershire sauce lightly over the fillings.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly into a log.
  • Slice into 1–2 inch pinwheels using a sharp knife.
  • Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  • Warm the au jus in a small saucepan and serve alongside the roll ups for dipping.

Notes

For extra flavor, lightly toast the tortillas before assembling. You can also add sautéed onions or peppers for a richer filling. Serve immediately for best texture.
