Preparation

  • Gather all of your ingredients, cracking the eggs into a mixing bowl.
  • Measure out the milk, flour, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract, ensuring everything is ready to mix.

Making the Batter

  • Whisk the eggs and milk together in the bowl until smooth.
  • Gradually add flour, sugar, salt, and vanilla, continuing to mix until you have a lump-free batter.

Cooking

  • Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter, allowing it to melt.
  • Pour in a small amount of batter to form pancakes about 4 inches in diameter.
  • Cook the pancakes until you see bubbles forming on the surface, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Gently flip the pancakes using a spatula and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
