Ingrédients
  

Oreo Pancakes

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies

Cream Cheese Sauce

  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • milk to adjust consistency

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, combine buttermilk, egg, and melted butter until smooth.
  • Gently mix the wet and dry ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies into the batter.
  • Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter per pancake and cook until bubbles form on top, about 2–3 minutes.
  • Flip and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
  • For the cream cheese sauce, blend softened cream cheese with powdered sugar. Add milk gradually until smooth and pourable.
  • Stack the pancakes, drizzle with cream cheese sauce, and top with extra crushed Oreos before serving.

Notes

To make these pancakes even more special, add a touch of vanilla extract or chocolate chips to the batter. Serve with whipped cream or fresh berries for extra flavor. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for longer.
