  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly browned.
  • Transfer chicken to the baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Serve hot with roasted vegetables and rice or quinoa if desired.
