Preparation

  • Wash all fresh fruits thoroughly and slice the strawberries.

Cooking

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter, allowing it to melt.
  • Place the slices of bread in the skillet and sauté them until golden brown on both sides (about 3-4 minutes per side).
  • Pour the egg mixture into a preheated skillet and cook gently, stirring for soft scrambled or allowing to set for sunny-side-up.

Assembly

  • Once both the eggs and bread are cooked, assemble the plates with bread and scrambled or fried eggs.
  • Drizzle maple syrup over the bread and eggs.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped herbs before serving.

Notes
