Main ingredients

  • 1 package frozen potstickers Use any flavor you prefer.
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil For frying.
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced Any color works.
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Add near the end to prevent burning.
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce Can substitute with tamari for gluten-free.

Preparation

  • Start by gathering and prepping all your ingredients. Wash and cut the vegetables: slice the bell peppers, julienne the carrots, and separate the broccoli florets. Mince the garlic.

Cooking

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the frozen potstickers and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  • Add broccoli florets, bell peppers, carrots, and minced garlic. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are bright and crunchy.
  • Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, stir to coat.
  • Continue to sauté for another 2 minutes until vegetables are tender but crisp.
  • Adjust seasoning as needed, possibly adding more soy sauce or rice vinegar.
  • Transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with chopped green onion.
  • Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

For variety, try adding noodles, different proteins, or extra vegetables. Leftovers store well in an airtight container for up to 4 days, or freeze for 3 months.
