  • 2 tablespoons peri peri sauce Adjust according to spice preference.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Can substitute with neutral oil.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather your chicken thighs and clean them thoroughly. Pat them dry with paper towels.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Marinade

  • In a mixing bowl, combine peri peri sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Stir until smooth.
  • Coat each chicken thigh thoroughly with the marinade.

Baking

  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the marinated chicken thighs on the tray.
  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

Serving

  • Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving with your favorite sides.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the chicken for a few hours or overnight. Serve with sides such as rice, veggies, or salad.
