Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and wash and chop the vegetables into small, even pieces.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cooking the Base

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until fully combined. Season with salt and pepper.

Add Veggies and Cheese

  • Stir in the diced vegetables and shredded cheese, adjusting to your preference.

Prepare the Baking Dish

  • Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.

Pour Mixture into Dish

  • Carefully pour the egg and vegetable mixture into the greased baking dish, using a spatula to ensure even distribution.

Bake

  • Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25–30 minutes, or until the frittata is puffed and lightly golden.

Cool and Serve

Notes

Store remaining frittata in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or freeze slices for longer storage. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
