  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened

Coating Ingredients

  • 16 oz White chocolate melting wafers
  • 2 drops Red oil-based food coloring Optional for color

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients in one place for easy access.

Make the Base

  • Put the Vanilla Oreos in a food processor and pulse until they are fine crumbs.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo crumbs with the softened cream cheese and mix until cohesive.

Form the Truffles

  • Roll the mixture into small, uniform balls for even coating.

Chill

  • Place the truffles on a lined tray and chill in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Melt Chocolate

  • Melt the white chocolate melting wafers in a microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
  • Optional: Stir in the red food coloring if using.

Dip and Decorate

  • Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, coating fully and allowing excess to drip off.
  • Immediately sprinkle with assorted sprinkles before the chocolate sets.

Set the Truffles

  • Let the truffles sit at room temperature for about 2 hours, or until the chocolate has hardened.
