Ingrédients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1/2 cup warm water

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

  • Lightly flour your surface and roll out the dough until thin and almost translucent.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, use a gluten-free flour blend. You can also substitute butter with plant-based margarine for a vegan option. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5–10 minutes to regain crispiness.
