Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients, ensuring the cooked chicken is shredded.
  • If you don't have leftover rice, cook it according to package instructions until fluffy.

Mixing

  • In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, tzatziki sauce, cooked rice, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, olives, oregano, and salt and pepper. Stir until well combined.

Baking

  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
  • Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Serving

  • Serve warm and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes
