  • 1/2 cup chopped green olives Kalamata olives can be used for a more robust flavor.
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped Adds flavor and color.

Preparation

  • Start by measuring out all your ingredients. Soften the cream cheese by leaving it at room temperature for about 30 minutes or microwave it for a few seconds if you’re short on time.
  • Chop the green olives and parsley finely so they mix well into the dip.

Mixing

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Incorporate the olive brine into the mixture, stirring well to ensure even distribution.

Finalizing

  • Gently fold in the chopped green olives and then sprinkle in the freshly chopped parsley, stirring until evenly mixed.
  • Taste your blend and add salt and pepper to your liking.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Serving

  • After chilling, serve the Dirty Martini Dip with an array of crackers or fresh vegetable sticks.

Notes

For a more intense flavor, chill overnight. Garnish with whole olives or additional parsley before serving.
