  • 2-3 pieces Kiwi Sliced into rounds

Assorted Chocolates

  • 1 bar Dark chocolate
  • 1 bar Milk chocolate
  • 1 bar White chocolate

Mini Pastries

  • 6-8 pieces Eclairs
  • 6-8 pieces Macarons

Nuts

  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Walnuts

Cheeses

  • 8 oz Brie
  • 8 oz Mascarpone

Others

  • 1 box Crackers or biscotti
  • 1 small jar Honey or caramel sauce

Preparation

  • Begin by washing all fresh fruits under cold water. Pat them dry with a clean towel.
  • Slice the kiwi into rounds while keeping strawberries and grapes whole.

Assembly

  • Arrange the fresh fruits on one side of a large serving board.
  • On the other side, arrange the assorted chocolates and mini pastries.
  • Fill empty gaps with nuts and cheeses.
  • Add a selection of crackers or biscotti.
  • Drizzle honey or caramel sauce over the fruits or serve in a small bowl.
