Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and tools including a large pot, baking sheet, and a small saucepan.
  • Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly.

Cooking Base

  • Fill a large pot with salted water and bring to a boil.
  • Add the washed baby potatoes and cook for about 15-20 minutes until fork-tender.
  • Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.

Smashing Potatoes
