  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Rinse the broccoli and cut it into small florets.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Place the seasoned chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  • Layer the uncooked fettuccine on top of the chicken. Feel free to break the pasta into smaller sections if needed.
  • Sprinkle the fresh broccoli florets over the fettuccine.
  • Pour the homemade Alfredo sauce over all the ingredients in the slow cooker, ensuring everything is well-coated.
  • Season with additional salt and pepper, if desired.
  • Cover the slow cooker and set it to low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  • Once cooked, gently stir the contents of the slow cooker to combine the pasta, chicken, and broccoli with the Alfredo sauce.

Serving

  • Serve the meal hot, topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes

To maintain freshness, store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze the dish but expect some texture change upon thawing. Add a splash of milk when reheating to restore creaminess.
