Preparation

  • Begin by washing and drying the potatoes thoroughly. Remove any dirt.
  • Slice each potato into rounds of about 1/8th of an inch thickness.

Mixing

  • In a large mixing bowl, drizzle the sliced potatoes with olive oil.
  • Combine the garlic granules, dried mixed herbs, and salt, sprinkling them over the potato slices.

Tossing

  • Give the potato slices a good toss to ensure every slice is well-coated with oil and seasonings.

Baking Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the seasoned potato slices out in a single layer.

Baking

  • Bake the potato slices for 25-35 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  • Check for doneness around the 25-minute mark and ensure they are crispy and golden.

Cooling

  • Once done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes on the tray.
