Preparation

  • Wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  • Mince the garlic into small pieces.

Coating

  • In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Arrange the broccoli mixture in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
