Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Brush both sides of each cauliflower steak with the seasoned oil mixture.
  • Place steaks on the prepared baking sheet without overlapping.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  • Let cool briefly, then serve hot with your favorite dip or side.

Notes

For a flavor boost, try adding chili powder, Italian herbs, or grated Parmesan before baking. Avoid overcrowding the pan for maximum crispiness.
