  • 4 large flour tortillas You can substitute with gluten-free tortillas.

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and chop the fresh spinach.
  • Ensure the cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.

Mixing the Filling

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix thoroughly until well incorporated and creamy.

Assembling the Pinwheels

  • Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  • Spread an even layer of the creamy filling across each tortilla.
  • Starting from one end, roll each tortilla tightly to form a log.
  • Use a bit of filling to seal the edges.

Chilling and Slicing

  • Wrap each rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • After chilling, slice each roll into evenly spaced pinwheels, about 1-inch thick.

Notes
