Preparation

  • Begin by gathering your ingredients and ensuring the cream cheese is softened.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese. Use an electric mixer or a whisk to blend these until smooth.
  • Stir in the diced tomatoes with green chilies.
  • Add the sliced olives and chopped green onions to the mix.
  • Sprinkle in the garlic powder and chili powder. Stir until everything is evenly combined.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Serving

  • When ready to serve, place tortilla chips around the dip.

Storing
