Instructions
Preparation
- Gather all your ingredients: spaghetti, mushrooms, garlic, cream, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Measure out the spaghetti, slice the mushrooms, and mince the garlic.
Cooking Spaghetti
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Reserve a cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
Making the Sauce
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden.
