  • Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing on low speed to prevent a sugary cloud, until fully incorporated (3-4 minutes).
  • Add marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract, mixing until everything is smooth.
  • If frosting is too thick, slowly add heavy cream or milk, one tablespoon at a time, mixing until desired consistency is reached.
  • Beat on medium to high speed for 2 to 3 minutes achieving a light and fluffy texture.
  • Taste and adjust flavor, adding more vanilla if desired.

Serving

  • Use immediately to frost cakes, cupcakes, or cookies, utilizing piping bags for decoration.

Notes

Store any leftover frosting in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week. To revive, let sit at room temperature before whipping. Can be frozen for up to three months in a well-sealed container.
