Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and ensure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press it into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

Filling

  • Beat the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth, ensuring no lumps remain.
  • Gradually add the sugar, beating until fluffy.
  • Mix in vanilla extract and lemon juice.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust.

Baking
