Ingrédients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups sweet corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Gather and prepare all ingredients. If using fresh corn, remove kernels; if using frozen, thaw and drain well.
  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat for about one minute without browning.
  • Add the corn and sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until it’s heated through and fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir until the corn is well coated.
  • Simmer for 5–7 minutes, allowing the mixture to thicken and become creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust consistency with a splash of cream or water if desired.
  • Give the dish a final stir and remove from heat. Serve warm as a delicious, creamy side.
