  • 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Preparation

  • Begin by measuring out 3/4 cup of dried cranberries and roughly chop them into smaller pieces.
  • Ensure your cream cheese is fully softened to facilitate mixing.

Mixing the Filling

  • In a medium bowl, combine the chopped cranberries, 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, 3/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese, and 1/4 cup of chopped green onions. Blend until smooth.

Assembling the Pinwheels

  • Take the two large tortillas and evenly spread the creamy cranberry mixture over each tortilla.
  • Starting from one end, carefully roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape.

Chilling

  • Wrap each tortilla log securely in plastic wrap and chill for at least one hour.

Slicing and Serving

  • Remove the plastic wrap and slice each log into 12 equal pinwheels.
  • Carefully arrange them on a serving platter and serve chilled.

Notes

For added flavor, consider incorporating chopped herbs, or drizzling honey before serving. Store in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
