Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.

Mixing the Filling

  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked crab meat, chopped shrimp, cooked rice, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.

Stuffing the Peppers

  • Generously stuff each bell pepper with the crab and shrimp mixture, packing the filling tightly.

Baking

  • Arrange the stuffed peppers in a baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes until the peppers are tender.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
