  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil, add the pasta, and cook according to the package instructions until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cottage cheese, marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let the dish cool for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For added nutrition, consider mixing in veggies like spinach, bell peppers, or zucchini. For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free pasta.
