  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

  • Begin by gathering all the ingredients and dicing your cream cheese into chunks.

Cooking

  • Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix generously over the chicken.
  • Pour the cream of chicken soup over the seasoned chicken.
  • Add the diced cream cheese on top.
  • Pour 1 cup of chicken broth into the slow cooker.
  • Add the drained diced tomatoes with green chilies.
  • Gently stir all the ingredients to combine.
  • Cover the slow cooker with its lid and set it to cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  • Once cooked, shred the chicken right in the slow cooker using two forks.
  • Finally, stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
