  • Parchment Paper
  • Mixing bowls
  • Cooling rack
  • Knife or kitchen scissors
  • Broiler or air fryer

Ingrédients

  • 20 oz refrigerated canned biscuits about 1 tube
  • 1/2 cup salted butter melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  • Cut each biscuit into quarters and arrange on the prepared baking sheet about 1 inch apart.
  • Bake for 7–10 minutes, until cooked through but still pale in color.
  • While the biscuits bake, melt the butter in a small bowl. In another bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
  • Remove the biscuits from the oven and cool for about 5 minutes. Turn the oven to broil.
  • Dip each biscuit bite into melted butter, then into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Return to the baking sheet.
  • Broil for 1–2 minutes, until the cinnamon sugar caramelizes. Watch closely to prevent burning.
  • Transfer to a cooling rack for 30 seconds, then serve warm. Enjoy plain or with icing, caramel, or chocolate sauce.

Notes

To freeze, wrap in foil and store in a freezer-safe bag for up to 3 months. These bites are great with coffee, milk, or served alongside ice cream for dessert.
